- All prices are baseline costs in USD
- Backgrounds, complex characters, and props will incur an additional fee. Please have your idea fleshed out so I can properly quote prices!
- Full payment is expected prior to work started. For partial payments, 70% of the payment is required.
- Files provided are full res PNG. I will post public works shrunk and watermarked.

- No refunds beyond sketch stage approval.
- I do not offer time estimates when art is completed. If you need art by a deadline (such as for gifts) please plan ahead of time to inform me ASAP so I can adjust my schedule as I work on multiple pieces at the same time + I prioritize my patreon clients. I do not do rush orders.

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
- Comms are for personal use only, not profit or redistribution.
- If you cancel a comm, I may reuse poses or sketches but will not use your character.
- My art is not to be used for AI training or otherwise.

Line art with flat color. Simple colored or patterned backgrounds. Includes front, back pose + up to 3 expressions, 3 accessories/props + text

- I can work off just a text description but that will incur an additional fee. More visual references the better.

*Any questions, feel free to ask! I constantly change up my style, brushes, etc so I'm pretty flexible with ideas. Don't be afraid to ask what I can and can't do. I am a character artist so my strengths lie in that but I can branch out and draw certain things that I normally don't do. Charges may incur if something requires additional time/effort.

Terms of service

Payment:
- Work will only be started after payment has been made. Upon paying, you agree to these terms of service.
- If you require an exception to the above (such as partial payment) please let me know. Final pieces will not be sent until full payment is complete.Rights:
- I, the artist, co-own the work with the client. Intellectual ideas will belong to the client. The artwork credit will be me. I will not use commissioned work outside of using said work as examples.
- The client can use the commissioned work for wallpapers, icons, social sites, etc. but may NOT edit out the artist's signature or use the image for profit. Cropping is totally fine for the client's own, nonprofit purposes. Give credit where credit is due please.
- Fanart related works are derivitive and I am paid for my time. Fanart content belongs to their respective owners.
- Any and all of my work, personal or commission, is NOT to be used for NFTs, any crypto related sale, or AI.Work:
- You may request updates on your comm and I will provide a WIP. Please ask for WIPs within reason. I typically only send 1 WIP (sketch) for approval unless asked for additional updates.
- You may request changes to your commission during the sketch stage. After approving the sketch, I will no longer change the image unless it is regarding simple changes such as color, minor effects, or accessories. Anything beyond what I deem simple will cost an additional fee.
